Ensure your PAR is updated! If you have a score for another occcupational jobs (e.g. BEM, AMT, ET, MPE, MM, etc.) and you don't want to be "promoted", eve n if it is a lateral move, make sure you have a Rejection in for Promotion. Otherwise, you might end up getting a job you don't want.
